Working in a group, I conducted usability testing for the local nonprofit Big Shoulders Fund. This report showcases an approach to evaluating real user interactions and uncovering actionable insights for improving the website experience. The project highlights the ability to work seamlessly on a team as well as the ability to translate user feedback into clear, research-driven recommendations that support more intuitive and effective design.
